You’re probably asking… “Who the hell are you…?”

Great question! Okay, so, hi, I’m Ian. Great to meet you via this about page.

I’m a self taught baker who decided it was about time to put together a little blog as a way to document and organize my recipes (instead of having them all half written on pieces of napkin and scrap paper).

I’m originally from the great state of New Jersey (you can tell because I have a big mouth and a fondness for leopard print), but have lived in Brooklyn for the last few years.

When I’m not making an absolute mess in the kitchen you can find me binging old seasons of Survivor, or at the movies (shoutout to AMC Stubs A-List), or doing a little craft, or reading a book if I have the brain power for it, or strolling around the neighborhood with wired headphones because I dropped my airpods in dirty dishwater and they don’t work anymore.
